Surviving Las Vegas
Well we had a fun time in Vegas. The show went pretty well. We spent Sunday hanging out watching football and eating at a great buffet. I was down as far as gambling. The good news I made it all back and then some.
So were are now in Modesto for a show on Tuesday. We then head to San Fran and out show at the Fillmore on Wednesday.
On a different note. Ashley Simpson...next time....try actually singing. Our band seems to be able to do it with no problem.
On the road again
Off to Vegas tomorrow. We will be out for about 10 days. Then home for about 4 and then off again for 2.
I have to take an evening flight which connects in DC. This should be interesting. Friday evening to Vegas coming through the nations capitol. You know the flight will be oversold too.
I like Vegas....A LOT....and we are staying an extra day. I'm trying not to gamble too much and this won't help.
We are doing the legendary Fillmore in SF on this run. Amazing place to play. I need to try and take some photos this time.
No tour bus this time. We are doing it kind of like when we fly to shows.
So anyway I will try report from the road.
Fall season
So we are into the month of October and of course here in the Northeast the leaves are a changing. Why I mention this. I was just thinking about how fast the year has gone by.
Anyway it's back to the road in a few weeks. It's a little less than two weeks. It's good to get back out there. Too bad it's such a short period of time. We kick things off in Vegas.....remember what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.....usually my money.
Trying to figure out what to do after this run. So if anyone has a gig for me let me know.
