My rant

America is fascinated with celebrities. Everyone is talking about Michael Jackson. Yesterday the prosecution failed to find him guilty. As far as I’m concerned he is guilty. OJ was guilty, Martha Stewart was guilty, Robert Blake was guilty, Vince Neil was guilty, and you get the point.

The one’s I mentioned were either found not guilty or got a very light sentence. Why? Because of the fame and the effect that fame has on people. The jurors always say after they had a doubt. They never say they thought the person was actually innocent.

Michael and the Celebes like him know they will walk. They have the money and will get the top attorneys.

Actors, musicians and the like need to remember they are not above the law.

I have to disagree, in part anyway.

Michael Jackson defeated justice not because he is a celebrity, but because the prosecution attempted to try him with faulty evidence from a faulty accuser.

Had this young boy's mother not been a money-grubbing wack-job, things might have turned out differently.

It is clear to much of the world that something is quite wrong with this "man." However, there are many that think it is okay to let their children sleep with him, and many more that think even further. If I let my child sleep with this man, I can accuse him of child molestation and maybe make myself some money."

It is disgusting, but probably what happened in this situation. Ick.

Oh, just so you know, MJ has sworn off sleeping with any young boys! Well, thank heaven for that!
