For you that celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday, I hope you didn't over eat. I made sure not to eat too much. Having lost about 10 lbs in the last two months.It's one of the things I love about touring. I always seem to lose weight while I'm on the road.
Al our sound engineer and tour manager is a very talented guy. He does his job very well and is also an excellent musician. Well, he also likes to cook. Now it's hard for him to do on the road. However he did make some guacamole one day from scratch.
This lasted all of about 10 minutes.
